There are many of those out there yes, guess they must be doing something wrong then!!!
(IMHO) A lot of vegans eat high fat cooked food, and very little raw fruit and veggies. Fats make the blood oily and in return nutrients cannot then be absorbed very well. Cooked food destroys nutrients. Obviousely they are being malnourished. Vegans also eat a lot of gluten, soya and other processed products. They also do not follow a holistic lifestyle of getting enough sunshine, sleep, water, exercise, etc.
Vegans who eat cooked food, need to up their raw food intake, such as fruit and leafy greens. They need to eat more to live more, get more sunshine, get more sleep, drink more water, train harder and they will certainly look and feel a lot healthier.
I'd say they have to cut out everything that lets them simulate and cling to the past lifestyle of bad habits and incorporate a lot of fresh ripe organic fruit. Smoothies and juicing is key.
I have been high on fruit since 2009 and now gone 100% on fruit only as it just so superior, its paradisical! This is my results.
Show this to those who have been mislead by the examples of other unhealthy vegans. Vegans step up!! Eat. More. Fruit.
